From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'KnowledgeForAllPeople originated from a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our little pizzeria emerged as a quaint, familial venture with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our trailblazer, mastered the craft of pizza artistry whilst traversing Italy, being mentored by renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the ancestral home of pizza. When she came back to the UK, her mission was to emulate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.
Starting off as a modest establishment with just 12 seats, we've blossomed into a treasured neighborhood fixture, yet our pledge to integrity and authenticity remains intact. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired ovens, daily hand-made dough, and seeking out the most superior ingredients accessible.
Today, 'KnowledgeForAllPeople is still under the caring hands of the Rossi family, with the second generation at the helm of our impassioned crew. While we've adapted some contemporary conveniences, the core of our ethos persists: serving delectable, traditional pizza that gathers folks around the table.
